Pre-conferences will be arranged at the first day of the conference – Wednesday 19th – between 9am and 3.30pm.

The Pre-conferences will be arranged by special interest groups (SIG) and further information about the different conferences will be placed at the webpage as soon as the conference secretariat receives information from the different SIG’s

Fee for attending a preconference will be DKK 225/ EUR 30
Included in the fee is:

• Admission to the chosen preconference
• Coffee/tea/Water

Catering 

Please be aware that only coffee/tea/water is included in the conference fee.

If you wish to have lunch you are able to preorder a sandwich and organic lemonade or water for DKK 65 // EUR 9 when you register.
